An afternoon of hot cold contrast, sound and talking therapy.
Service Description
On arrival we will head over to the sauna to experience the benefits of hot and cold contrast therapy with time in the sauna and cold dips in the running mountain waters of Penguin Pool followed by an interactive session with inspirational stories from Margaret and to round off the afternoon Jenny will play a soundbath with Himalayan bowls, gongs and crystal bowls to invoke a state of deep relaxation before you head home to a chilled evening before the week ahead.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment or booking please contact us with at least 24 hours notice. No refunds can be made for any cancellation within 24 hours of the session. Also, Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the session. Thank you for your understanding.
