The secret sauna at Penguin Pool is my most favourite place to visit. You are literally catapulted into a world of serenity and instantly soothed by the natural surroundings.
The sauna is always a perfect temperature and the contrast of dipping into the cool crisp natural water of penguin pool is just an experience to indulge in as often as possible.

I attended the day retreat at Faraway Follies. The day granted me the opportunity to disconnect with the hustle and bustle of my everyday life and allowed me to slow down an reconnect with myself whilst submerged in the most breath taking scenery. Being surrounded by nature created a sense of peace and harmony which set the tone for the day.
I spent the day fully present and surrounded by like minded people and left the retreat feeling aligned and recharged.

The space itself feels very sacred and is set up beautifully so the very act of walking into the sound bath ceremony feels rebalancing and healing in itself.
Jen has great sensitivity around the gongs, rattles, drums, bowls and other instruments so that you truly feel immersed in a bath of sound that is soothing and transformational.
