HOW DO I FIND THE SECRET SAUNA?
The easiest way to find us is to use What3Words. Our What3Words address for the sauna parking is ///resonates.airports.fairy from there you can walk along the path to the sauna at ///isolated.windmills.vision
Don't be tempted to use our postcode as its very inaccurate and you will find yourself on the wrong side of four gates.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
We provide the venue and the facilities for your choosen activity. We don't provide towels for the sauna. Please bring your own towels. We recommend two towels one for you to sit on and one for drying off before you change back into your clothes. We also recommend that you bring water shoes to wear in the plunge pool as the bottom of the pool is rocky and stony.
For the Sound bath we provide a yoga mat to lie on and a cushion and blanket. We also have a zero gravity chair for anyone who is unable to lie down.
Parking is free of charge
ARE YOUR FACILITIES ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
Unfortunately the path from the road to the sauna is not wheelchair friendly. However the Stable Studio for the sound baths is more accessible.
THE TIME I WANT IS NOT AVAILABLE, CAN I BOOK AT ANOTHER TIME?
If you don't want to choose one of the available sessions please contact us and let us know what time you would like to come and if we can accommodate you at that time we will set up a session for you to be able to book.
