1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at jenny@faraway.org.uk with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the item.Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect order by the customer, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Please note:
