The day begins with a warm welcome, a chance to meet fellow attendees, and settle into the peaceful surroundings. You'll then have the opportunity to choose between the soothing warmth of a sauna followed by a refreshing dip, or a calming crystal reflexology workshop, allowing you to connect with your body and promote relaxation. Mid-morning brings everyone together for a comforting break with tea, coffee, and delicious homemade (and gluten-free!) flapjacks, a moment to connect and share. This is followed by an inspirational talk and Q&A session, offering a space for reflection and perhaps some uplifting insights. As midday approaches, you'll be treated to a nourishing lunch of soup and sourdough (with a gluten-free alternative available), providing sustenance for the afternoon ahead. The afternoon unfolds with a mindful forest walk, an invitation to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Faraway Follies and engage in a grounding meditation, helping you to connect with the earth and find inner stillness. The retreat culminates in a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the resonant vibrations of instruments wash over you, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
